YMCA
The Y is a leading non-profit charitable organization that seeks to make a lasting impact in our diverse community. One of the many ways we achieve this is by giving Military Spouses in the Tucson area the opportunity to learn valuable, transferable skills through provided training and employment.
The YMCA of Southern Arizona has some amazing opportunities of employment with our aquatics team. As a trained and certified Lifeguard and/or Swim Instructor, staff would maintain a safe and welcoming environment that would aid in drowning prevention. The Y offers a flexible schedule that allows for staff to attend school, run a household or be part of their community in various other aspects. We offer both full time and part time employment with industry competitive wages.
